Added stylelint script to fix lint-staged check

This pull request resolves an issue with our lint-staged checks, where pnpm run stylelint was not actually working. I've added a "stylelint" script to our package.json file.

After running the checks there were prettier changes made to js/components/common/react_modal.js.jsx, which I've also included in this PR.
