Summary

Update the Codespaces devcontainer base image to Bookworm.
Add Chromium symlinks for Chrome-compatible browser discovery.
Document the Codespaces-safe SeleniumBase test command.

Testing

Verified branch is clean and rebased onto origin/main.
Local full Selenium run was not completed because SeleniumBase is not installed in this Windows environment.
