Issues

• replay_similarity: classify_call matches non-completed (failed/started/unknown) prior actions, incorrectly classifying them as replay

• replayguard: evaluate omits key on DENY_RECLAIM decision, causing protected_call to raise AssertionError instead of ReplayBlocked

• benchmark: phase6 reports stamp naive local time, while every other timestamp in the tree is UTC-aware

• ci: main's own ruff format gate fails on tests/test_storage_compaction_bound.py, so every PR inherits a red Lint & Type-check

• recovery: requires_human ignores dependency_budgets and default_max_attempts when queried with scope or run-wide

• idempotency: identity_tokens ignores tuple and set arguments, producing empty tokens for non-list collections

• storage: verify_events omits archived events from checked count and resets trusted_through to zero on live event violation

  Cyrax321/CONTINUUM#1814 · Filter by author Adhi1-2 opened on Oct 22, 2026

• validator: _apply_compaction_status inverts evidence compaction window, marking retained evidence PARTIAL while leaving compacted evidence VALID

• adapters: KubernetesAdapter.run_job reuses one hardcoded pod name and never removes it, so every job after the first in a namespace fails

• checkpoint/rewind: a digest-less TOOL_COMPLETED observation makes rewind delete a pre-checkpoint file, and makes a post-checkpoint file undeletable

• mcp doctor: an observed client name with spaces is recorded as several names the host never declared

Cyrax321/CONTINUUM#1805 · Filter by author abyyxhek opened on Oct 21, 2026

• cli: continuum status ignores the global --json flag in its main view (only --provenance honours it)

Cyrax321/CONTINUUM#1785 · Filter by author abyyxhek opened on Oct 20, 2026

• reconcilers: the otel_span probe stops at the first matching failed span, so a retry whose span succeeded stays unsettled

Cyrax321/CONTINUUM#1784 · Filter by author abyyxhek opened on Oct 20, 2026

• provenance: the DAG reports every decision and finding as valid, including ones the run itself invalidated

Cyrax321/CONTINUUM#1775 · Filter by author abyyxhek opened on Oct 20, 2026

• gateway: a request body whose JSON top level is not an object is forwarded to the upstream empty, and recorded as completed

• recovery: _anchor_for checkpoint ID fallback in list_checkpoints is unreachable for non-numeric targets

  Cyrax321/CONTINUUM#1770 · Filter by author Adhi1-2 opened on Oct 20, 2026

• storage: compact_run creates anchor checkpoints with trigger MANUAL instead of RECOVERY, causing cleanup_ephemeral_artifacts to delete them

• mcp doctor: find_registration prefers the project-scope registration over the local one its own docs say wins

Cyrax321/CONTINUUM#1764 · Filter by author abyyxhek opened on Oct 20, 2026

• agents: the JSON output's command field mis-reports what install/remove/check actually did under --all

Cyrax321/CONTINUUM#1762 · Filter by author abyyxhek opened on Oct 20, 2026

• mcp install: --scope local silently writes a server-wide registration for every host except claude-code

Cyrax321/CONTINUUM#1761 · Filter by author abyyxhek opened on Oct 20, 2026

• adapters: the execution adapters capture stderr then throw it away, so a failed action's only diagnostic is the exit status

Cyrax321/CONTINUUM#1760 · Filter by author abyyxhek opened on Oct 20, 2026

• doctor: the hook-client scanner cannot see a hook installed in the interpreter fallback form, so it reports nothing configured
