    • work-life balance will become more entangled and we have to work longer
    • therefore work-well-being is super important
    • entire hypothesis is underlined with to questions:
      • what gives you energy at work? (feedback, collaboration, success stories)
      • what takes energy at work? meetings, managers, beurocracy
    • These are things that are not talked about and can only be measured using well-being surveys
