✨ FAQ NEW

Course: ai-dev-tools-zoomcamp
Section: module-4 (The proposal describes the purpose of AGENTS.md as part of building and running AI coding agents, which fits the agent-focused content in module-4.)
Related Issue: #378

Question

What is AGENTS.md used for in the AI Dev Tools Zoomcamp?

Decision Rationale

No existing FAQ clearly explains what AGENTS.md is used for in AI Dev Tools Zoomcamp, so this should be added as a new entry.

Placement Details

  • Section ID: module-4
  • Sort Order: End of section
  • Filename Slug: agents-md-purpose-ai-dev-tools-zoomcamp

Supplanted: instead of a second AGENTS.md page, the purpose/taxonomy content has been folded into the existing Unit 1 entry (now "What is AGENTS.md and how do I use it for regular commits and prompt history?") in 6181a1e — one entry covering what it is, what goes in it, the commit recipe, and prompt history, with links to agents.md and the Unit 1 lesson. Closing without merging.
