Update the desktop runtime to Tauri 2.11 and align its JavaScript API and clipboard plugin with the Rust crates. Pin Rust 1.98.1 locally and in CI, refresh Cargo dependencies and generated permission schemas, remove the unused direct serde dependency, and restrict serde_json to development/benchmark use.
The calculation command, prime algorithm and release optimization profile remain unchanged. Document the remaining upstream GTK/GLib and unmaintained-crate audit warnings without suppressions. The refreshed Cargo audit has no vulnerability-list entries; the npm audit is clean.
Validation: local frontend checks, Rust tests, Clippy and benchmark gate tests passed. The newly built Linux AppImage passed actual WebKit interactions in Xvfb, including styles, calculations through 100,000, native clipboard, both graphs and fullscreen, without JavaScript errors or CSP violations. CI benchmarks passed all six workloads against the unchanged 2.0.0 baseline, and CodeQL passed all four languages. CI also checks all four desktop package targets.
