I replaced the GitHub Actions commit SHAs with stable version tags and updated the CI documentation. I kept Rust fixed at 1.98.1 independently of the installer action.
I checked the official releases and tag references before choosing these versions:
v7v7v7v8v5.0.0v5tag is publishedv2v1v4v1I validated the workflows with actionlint and Prettier. CI covers all four desktop targets, Linux package interactions, performance checks, dependency review and CodeQL.
