I added a linear prime sieve with an algorithm selector and a short explanation. Eratosthenes remains the default. The implementation credits Jayadev Misra's smallest-divisor invariant in a single-line comment.

I aligned the labeled inputs and Calculate button in one row. The explanation uses one paragraph and sits beside the calculator in wide windows.

I added correctness tests and a separate performance baseline for the linear sieve, fixed the graph selector in the Linux smoke test, and updated AGENTS.md. The broader docs cleanup remains a separate task after review.

Validation: all four desktop builds and both performance gates passed in run 35736526221 before the layout changes. The updated layout passed Svelte checks, ESLint and formatting. I built the Linux packages and tested the AppImage at 800 and 1280 pixels in light and dark mode, including both algorithms, graphs, clipboard and fullscreen. CI for the latest commits is left for review.

Part of #34.
