Проще скопировать в новый стек, а потом обменять их местами.

Так как все позиции меток уже хранятся в векторе, то я с вами согласен повторно перебирать метки не нужно. Я ршил использовать метод upper_bound, так как метки в процессе выполнения программы будут уже отсортированы, то мы сможем без переборов искать индекс нужной метки
