MayExecute Lite is an open-source pre-execution governance checker for AI-enabled actions.
It helps users assess whether a proposed action may be authorized to produce a governed effect before execution, using six reviewable conditions:
- Verified Mandate
- Valid Constraints
- Live-Context Integrity
- Accountability
- Reviewability
- Sufficient Verifiable Proof
The tool returns a conservative classification:
- PROCEED
- REVIEW
- BLOCK
It generates a structured governance record with SHA-256 hash, JSON export, Markdown report, PDF report, and public result page.

MayExecute Lite supports procedural governance, accountability, reviewability, evidence awareness, and risk escalation before an AI-enabled action produces real-world, institutional, operational, financial, legal, customer-facing, or cyber-physical effects.
It is designed to complement model-level AI assurance tools by focusing on the boundary between a proposed action and a governed effect.

MayExecute Lite is based on the publicly articulated Execution Governance framework.
Execution Governance is an independent structural governance research framework focused on Governed Effects. It determines whether a proposed action may be authorized to produce a governed effect under verified mandate, valid constraints, live-context integrity, accountability, reviewability, and sufficient verifiable proof.
