Adds the agenda for the 21 September TF2 Reference Model monthly call: carried-forward action status (PR #26/#30, ai-everse #1-4), webinar-thread status (Barker/ReSA + EVERSE Network series), Faruk Diblen's rseng-agent-skills, and Michael's AI Intensity document slot.

…s as status list

Add RSQKit AI pages, AI webinar (renamed from generic webinar status), and
AI session at the 24 Nov Stakeholders Event as agenda items. Strip body text
from agenda items in favour of "title — to be discussed". Replace narrative
carried-forward-actions paragraph with a flat status list.

Actions updated with real outcomes (Barker reply done, AI Intensity doc
superseded by RSQKit AI pages, Stakeholders-event prep confirmed) and new
actions from the call. Agenda items B-G get a one-line actionable note.
Full minutes section covers RSQKit AI pages demo, rseng-agent-skills demo,
Reference Framework/AI discussion, Hugo's two workstreams, and Fotis's
blocked AI-statement status. Next meeting: 19 October 2026.
