This PR reorganises the section around dimensions, indicators and tools
Renamed Section 2 to "Quality Dimensions and Indicators for Research Software".
Moved the opening paragraph on software engineering vs. research contexts into §1.2.2 Research Software Quality.
Updated §1.1 so the list of parts of Section 2 includes Community (§2.5).
New intro to Section 2
Each section gets an "Examples of indicators and related tools" list.
Template fix (templates/everse.latex): Allows line breaks after underscores so long indicator IDs don't run past the margin.
