feat(integrations): add DeepSeek Harness bundle

Summary

• add a private DeepSeek Harness 0.1.0-rc.8 Cordis Bundle
• reuse the official DSH MCP client and existing rdev mcp serve surface
• add Bundle contract tests, isolated live smoke, and a real gateway readiness probe

Verification

• ./scripts/check.sh
• DSH live smoke: loopback gateway, remote MCP call, 11 tools, Profile ready
• isolated global install of @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.1.0-rc.8

Boundary

Developer-preview integration only; no npm package or binary release.
