What does this PR do?
Without this change you can only color the health bar with your threat status. e. g. red if you're a tank and dont have aggro on specific mob (-> dead DPS).
With this change you can now color the texts and borders if you like. Each target (health bar, texts, borders) can be enabled individually.
With this change you can see your threat status AND the mob type (like spellcaster, miniboss, ...) at the same time!
How was it tested?
Tested on 12.1 retail in a follower dungeon. No NPCs were harmed during testing.
Screenshots
Example: threat colors for the border and the texts were turned on, HP bar coloring was turned off. You see a mini boss that the tank (me) didnt taunt.
