- Added various utility functions in `pufferlib/utils.py` for device management, state handling, and logging. - Implemented functions for cleaning policy state dictionaries, downsampling data, and capturing/restoring RNG states. - Introduced `get_git_metadata` and `save_experiment_config` for better experiment tracking. - Updated tests in `tests/eval/test_eval.py` to use public methods instead of private ones for better maintainability. - Refactored rank seeding tests in `tests/unit_tests/test_rank_seeding.py` to utilize the new utility functions.
