Update pt_BR translations for redesigned admin UI strings - #614

@eudameron Thanks for contributing to FOSSBilling translations. We usually accept translations via Crowdin (https://translate.fossbilling.org), and it would be great if you could submit these there. I could import these as one time if they're a significant improvement, but I note that they appear AI generated and haven't been reviewed by a native speaker. We don't have an issue with AI as such, but translations should be reviewed by a native speaker at a minimum before we can accept and approve them. Could you advise whether these have been reviewed fully by a native speaker before we consider them? |

I’m a native speaker and have reviewed the terms; I even made some improvements to the current translation, as there were a few words we don’t use around here—they seemed like European Portuguese terms. Now I’m able to use FOSSBilling in PT-BR in my daily routine without any translation issues. |
