Usage of createReadStream could speed up file reading (needs perf testing) - mainly for huge files.

Note: this is a proposal, if you feel that this feature should/shouldn't be implemented, please use 馃憤 and 馃憥 reactions. Of course you're welcome to file as PR as well! 馃槃
