server: valve: force eclipse servers to be included

Since my servers sometimes aren't resolvable from GitHub CI for some reason, it seems like forcing the host to always be available is a good idea. Tested the script locally and it resolves fine from my home network.

It does answer now from Blacksmith's VMs. In fact, thanks to them, we don't really need this force logic anymore.
