IPQuality for Windows is my community PowerShell port of xykt/IPQuality. Check proxy exit IPs, provider risk signals and service reachability without Docker or WSL.

The console currently uses mainly Chinese labels. Preview limitations and verification scope are documented in the repository. Upstream authorship and AGPL-3.0 are preserved.
