A follow-up to the conversation preview that is already on main (eea74cc). This makes it quicker to go through conversations and decide which to delete.

Session list

• Clicking anywhere on a session row opens its conversation. The eye button is kept as an explicit way in, and a row can also be opened from the keyboard with Enter or Space.
• Only the checkbox selects a row, and its hit area is now larger. Opening a row never selects it, so browsing a deletion list cannot quietly add a conversation to what gets deleted.
• Selected rows get a light tint, and the row being previewed is marked on its left edge.

Preview dialog

• A "Select this conversation" checkbox shares its state with the list: ticking it there ticks the row and updates the selection bar.
• Previous / Next buttons and the ← / → keys step through the currently filtered and sorted list, with an "N / total" counter.
• The header shows the conversation's total size.
• A close button (×) in the top-right corner replaces the footer's Close and Show in File Manager buttons. The row keeps its own file-manager button.
• Escape now closes only the dialog. Before, the app's own Escape handler also fired on the same press and sent the app back to the overview.

Verification

• pnpm check passes. pnpm typecheck and pnpm build pass. pnpm test has 45 failures in 6 files (cleanup, configuration, guard, scanner, session-database, thread-index), all Unsupported platform: linux: the only environment available was a Linux container, and the app supports only macOS and Windows. The same failures show up on main. The other 137 tests pass, including the conversation-preview tests.
• Tests cover behavior changes. This change is renderer interaction only. It was checked by running the bundled renderer against the screenshot mock in headless Chromium: clicking a row opens the preview, ticking in the preview shows in the list and the selection bar, → moves to the next conversation, Escape closes only the dialog, and the close button works. No automated UI test was added.
• User-facing documentation is updated in both languages where applicable. Every new string has both Chinese and English text; no README change is needed.
