Extend for earlier videos and new Autopilot conversations (0.4.1) - #230

The reuse step runs the prepared interpreter with -I, which ignores PYTHONIOENCODING, so a fresh install into a folder the system code page cannot spell failed on the print. Run it through python_command so it gets -X utf8 like the other Python children.
