Fixes issues #162 and #191.
Added test file (test/migrations_test.dart) to test if migration went well, as well as tested migration locally to make sure it works.
Also scoped the Dart analyzer to skip build output and native platform folders. Was needlessly crawling generated Android/iOS/etc. code before. No behavior change to actual lint rules
