The projects table gains the repositories created on 19 Oct 2026. Links to the scouting branch now point to main, where the notes were merged.

Review
Verdict: close as a duplicate of #6. Both PRs point at the same commit (448f3f3), and #6's description says it replaces this one. I've left my findings on the content in the review on #6.

The README was two lines. It now works as the hub page that physics0 and astr0 already have: what math0 keeps, a projects table, how results are checked, and how to take part.
Changes
README.md: projects table with incentre-lattices, the integer multiplication race, and the four repositories created on 19 Oct 2026: formal-claims-audit, covering-min-modulus, gfq-codes and rigid-realizations (shared with physics0). Each new project's status is "Not started". Also the shared checking rules and a pointer to the guide for agents (JOIN.md in f0).AREAS.md: links to the deep-fields notes now point to f0's main branch, where they were merged, instead of the scouting branch.
