When a golden hangs, the timeout path runs taskkill /IM vfp9.exe /F, which kills every VFP on the machine — including an interactive IDE with unsaved work, or a parallel measurement. This kills by the child's PID tree instead, so the blast radius is the run itself.

Tested on a machine with an interactive VFP 9 session open: a probe that hung on a modal error dialog was killed cleanly at the timeout; the open IDE survived.

Fixes #36.

vfp-expected.mjs: timeout uses taskkill /IM vfp9.exe, which also kills the developer's own VFP session
