I am developing a modified version called X3Write for my Xteink X3, adding Japanese text input and editing features. Before sharing its source code or compiled firmware, I would like to clarify InkDeck's license.
I could not find a LICENSE file or a license statement in the repository. I noticed that FreeInk SDK has an MIT license, but I do not want to assume that the same license applies to InkDeck itself.
Could you clarify which license applies to InkDeck, and whether it permits distributing modified source code and compiled firmware? It would be helpful if you could add a LICENSE file and indicate whether it also covers the version I used (commit a2a8a28).
I would also appreciate any guidance on required attribution or notices. I have not distributed the modified source code or firmware yet.
