Why a patch version

I searched the diff from v1.7.0 to master for new public members and found none. Under the SemVer rule in CLAUDE.md that makes this a patch release. #477 asks for a patch release too, because importing these DWG files failed before.

Check

dotnet pack -c Release builds CADability.1.7.1.nupkg and CADability.1.7.1.snupkg. The packed ACadSharp.dll contains the R10–R12 reader (DwgObjectReaderAC09).

After the merge
