Adds a new
copilotIpsfeature option that permits all IPv4 and IPv6 ranges listed underapiandcopilotin the bundled github_meta.json.The metadata is installed locally and parsed at container startup, avoiding direct GitHub Meta API requests and their rate limits. Includes IPv6 firewall rules, a dedicated Copilot test scenario, default-off coverage, and updated documentation.
Testing:
test_copilot_ipsscenario passes.
