Adds dependabot-auto-merge.yml: approves and enables auto-merge for Dependabot PRs that are patch/minor bumps (majors left for manual review). Actual merging is still gated by the branch protection rule on main requiring the Test deployment check, set up separately in repo settings alongside Dependabot security updates and repo auto-merge. Also documents the whole dependency-update pipeline in .github/workflows/README.md and CLAUDE.md, including the js-yaml/ gray-matter anchored-resolution gotcha hit while fixing the last batch of alerts.
