Managed PowerSync now defaults to 1.21.0, enables Prometheus metrics on port 9464, and authenticates Diagnostics with the create-once
<project>-powersync-api-tokenSecret. Reconciliation preserves existing database passwords and valid API tokens, rejects foreign-controlled token Secrets, and uses Recreate for the singleton replicator.The API retains its existing availability probes and client-auth contract. Operator documentation covers token rotation, endpoint verification, and upgrade/rollback limits.
Validation: resource/controller tests, full Go test/build/vet/lint, generation and envtest checks, Tanka and delivery checks passed. Independent Standards and Spec reviews are complete; the README probe clarification was verified separately. Reviewed head: abf3946.
Live rollout and existing-client smoke checks have not been performed. The monitoring consumer is being completed separately in guion-devops.
