Standardize generated recall-hook instructions, labels, and truncation notices in English while preserving candidate content and existing recall behavior.
Refocus README on installing and trusting the hook, choosing local/global scope, using recalled notes, and troubleshooting. Keep agent guidance about handling historical candidates; remove matching-algorithm and output-language details from usage documentation.
Validation: 9 focused recall tests, repository-wide strict-client MCP output-schema test, cargo fmt, and git diff --check passed. Documentation-only follow-ups passed formatting and whitespace checks.
