docs: set demo headings in Hanken Grotesk, drop the retired Kilon face - #25

The site retired Kilon on 2026-10-04 (HarperZ9.github.io #329), so the demo's hotlink to system/fonts/kilon.woff2 now returns 404 and the h1 falls back to Arial Black. The demo now loads hanken-grotesk.woff2 from the same live path and sets headings in "Hanken Grotesk", system-ui, sans-serif at weight 700. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The site retired Kilon on 2026-10-04 (HarperZ9/HarperZ9.github.io#329). The demo's hotlink to
