MAG: Improve cdf metadata Logical_source_descriptions

• Add the word MAG where it was absent in L1 and L2 product descriptions

File changes

• imap_processing/cdf/config/imap_mag_global_cdf_attrs.yaml
  • Replaced IMAP Mission Normal/Burst Rate ... with IMAP Mission MAG Normal/Burst Rate... for all l2 and some l1 products
    • This follows the convention used in other MAG data products, e.g., imap_mag_l1a_norm-raw, whose Logical_source_description is IMAP Mission MAG Normal Rate Instrument Level-1A Data.

@tech3371 I chose not to reorder the "Normal Rate" or "Burst Rate" phrases to after "Level-2 Data" because the current ordering is consistent with the rest of the MAG products.

Also note that I fixed several l1d products that had the same issue as the l2 ones (i.e., missing the word "MAG").
