Readers need exact evidence beyond the producer filesystem
Tracking metadata can help locate a result but cannot establish intact scientific evidence.
Discover candidates and verify exact packages
Add prepare, publish, search, inspect and fetch commands for terminal capture stores and frozen-defender bundles. Each package uses one MLflow publication run. Search reads a small advisory index, labels candidates unverified and exposes digest ambiguity even when another candidate's metadata does not match. Exact inspection and fetch verify completion, digest, file closure and authoritative records before exposing evidence.
Preserve original identities, failures, retries, unknowns and missing cells. An uncertain publication cannot silently create a replacement. Shared service ownership and durable colleague access remain acceptance work in #32.
Part of #29 and #32. Based on #40.
