Summary

An ITensor stores its parent untyped and its names in a Vector, so axes, and with it inds and size, could not be inferred and cost about 600 ns. Building the named axes behind a function barrier brings that under 100 ns.

Build the named axes behind a function barrier, indexing the names by position, since an `ITensor`'s parent is untyped and its names are a `Vector`.
