Add the TCO95 CORE3_nocav config and let ncrename find var43 already there - #62

…there cdo writes the SLT field as var43, so the ncrename to var43 has nothing to do and failed on every run. The optional-variable form (.slt) makes it a no-op instead of an error. configs/TCO95_CORE3_nocav.yaml matches TCO95 L91 to the CORE3 mesh without ice cavities. The mesh.nc is built from the ASCII files by pyfesom2; that needs nlvls.out and elvls.out present next to them.

cdo writes the SLT field as var43, so the ncrename to var43 in step 12 has nothing to do and has failed on every run (32512 without NCO on PATH, 256 with it). The optional-variable form
.sltmakes it a no-op instead of an error.configs/TCO95_CORE3_nocav.yamlmatches TCO95 L91 to the CORE3 mesh without ice cavities. The ASCII mesh files are byte-identical to core3, onlyuse_cavitydiffers, so the 10038 cavity nodes become open ocean. mesh.nc is built from the ASCII files by pyfesom2, which needs nlvls.out and elvls.out present next to them.Measured on 2026-09-08: land 11161 against 11313 for CORE3 with cavities, the 152 extra ocean cells all south of 65S, no dateline seam (64/192 band cells land against 66 in the ECMWF input), lake cover restored at all 91 flipped cells so cl >= 0.5 stays at 70 as in the input.
