Reviewed the manifest-only diff: three merged delivery-file hashes and five newly tracked branding assets. All 469 entries match the current tracked files. No application code or deployment changes; hosted checks remain required before merge.

The onboarding merge (#48, closes #44) landed after the independently merged deployment retry and Discord branding changes. Refresh the repository checksum manifest against that combined tree: three delivery-file hashes and the newly tracked branding asset entries.
No application code or deployment behavior changes. Reviewed the manifest-only diff and verified all listed SHA-256 values against tracked files. Required hosted validation remains the merge gate. No production deployment.
