The owner approved splitting delivered hierarchy software in #20/#21 from their original outstanding live requirements. This updates the release evidence map and preparation guide to match the explicit decision, retaining all reviewed-live-manifest and empirical criteria in #74 and epic #6. No live execution, spending, data sharing or held-out permission follows from software closure.
Refs #20, #21, #74, #6. Independent read-only review verified the docs and current issue comments/states agree. Documentation-only diff checked with git diff --check; actual exact-head hosted checks must pass before merge.
