The roadmap still described DSPy 3.4 as untested and the native adapter boundary as undecided after the approved implementation shipped. Update those remaining tasks to reflect the verified teacher profiles and exact compile-only native profile, while retaining live qualification and dependency-lock requirements.
Append source-linked October delivery receipts to BUILD_REPORT without replacing historical evidence. Record exact heads/merges, local counts and skips, observed hosted checks, retained exploratory failures and unexecuted live/admin gates. Independent evidence review matched PR99–103 identities and all head/merge check results against fresh GitHub readback.
Validation: full installed DSPy3.4 suite685 passed; Ruff and whitespace checks passed. This is a documentation-only change. No paid calls, sharing, activation or settings changes. Refs #50, #91, #92, #93; remaining live and administrative issues stay open.
