Verified delivery readback
Refs #3 and #4. Documents PR #56 source/merge identities, all five successful PR and post-merge jobs, primary-checkout synchronization and the merged-source CUDA graph ownership regression. Links the historical numerical receipt to the readback while retaining its original candidate hashes.
This changes three documentation files only. Native full-weight resume and exact-limit FP32 training resource failures remain recorded; neither issue is closed. Representative quality, Jev benefit and remote publication remain unverified. Overwatch stays archived.
Verification: Git-index source audit, preserved 45-feature/450-cell verifier and whitespace checks pass. Runtime source is unchanged from verified PR #56.
