Update JETLS revision to 2026-10-26 - #94

The JETLS release `2026-10-26` widens its `julia` compat from `1.12.2 - 1.13` to `1.12.2 - 1.15` (aviatesk/JETLS.jl#1023, aviatesk/JETLS.jl#1026), so the managed installation now accepts Julia 1.14 and 1.15 nightly builds. This change bumps `JETLS_REVISION` and `JULIA_VERSION_UPPER_BOUND` with `scripts/update-jetls-revision.sh`, and updates the README to match the JETLS documentation: Julia 1.12.2 through 1.14.x is supported, and 1.15 nightly builds also work. The migration notes no longer repeat the version range and point to "Julia for JETLS" instead. The `JULIAUP_CHANNEL` examples are refreshed as well. The `binary.env` example selects `1.14+opt`, the optimized build on which JETLS runs faster, noting that release `+opt` channels need juliaup v1.23 or later (JuliaLang/juliaup#1636). The TestRunner examples run tests on `nightly` instead.
