Tidies the comms dashboard and the comms apps so they look like one system, and moves the send options off the chat box.

Dashboard

  • A header (icon, "What needs you", a line on what's shown) with the Mine / Everything switch on the right, in umb-body-layout.
  • Two equal columns, with every box in a row the same height. One column below 1100px.
  • Rows are uui-ref-nodes, as in the CMS's own lists. Dates and state go in tags, with an icon beside every state colour (overdue is red with an alert icon).
  • Empty lists show a centred "nothing waiting" line with a tick; loading shows a uui-loader.

Shared box header

  • Every comms app, dashboard list and the Review rules screen uses the same box: icon, headline and an optional count tag.

Comms apps

  • Tasks: dates as tags (red with an alert once overdue), assignee beside them, row actions in a uui-action-bar that appears on hover.
  • Review: the due date as a tag at the top, then labelled sections for the date, marking reviewed, and past reviews.
  • The comms tab stacks its side column under the chat on narrow screens, and the chat gets more height.

Send options

  • "Ask everyone to confirm" and "Important" were two checkboxes under the chat box. They're now a menu off the Send button, as Save and publish works: Send stays the main action, and the caret offers "Send and ask everyone to confirm" and "Send as important". The menu only shows for users with the permission, in channels where it's allowed.

Checked in the backoffice on a local v17 site.

The Comms dashboard gets a header, two equal columns and CMS-style
rows with tags for dates and state. Every comms app and dashboard list
now shares one box header: icon, headline and count. The Review panel
is split into labelled sections, task rows tidy their dates into tags
and hide their actions until hovered, and the comms tab stacks its
columns on narrow screens.

The confirm and important options move from checkboxes under the chat
box to a menu off the Send button, as Save and publish does.
