CI: build + run XCTest on every push/PR to main via the shared CustomerPulse scheme (dynamic simulator selection). Release: on semver tag, lint the podspec, cut a draft GitHub release, and publish to CocoaPods trunk when COCOAPODS_TRUNK_TOKEN is set. Brings iOS to CI parity with the Android repo. Refs TD-001.

Summary
iOS had no CI. This adds two GitHub Actions workflows, bringing it to parity with the Android repo (and adding the build/test gate Android already gets locally).
ci.yml— build & testmain+ manual dispatch.xcodebuild testagainst the sharedCustomerPulsescheme on a dynamically-selected available iPhone simulator (avoids the brittle hardcodedname=iPhone 15 Pro,OS=latestdestination).release.yml— lint + release + publish[0-9]+.[0-9]+.[0-9]+, matching the pod version scheme — novprefix).pod spec lint, then a draft GitHub release, thenpod trunk pushonly if theCOCOAPODS_TRUNK_TOKENrepo secret is set (otherwise skipped with a notice).
