Are there plans to add AllEdgeCutsAlgorithm, MinimumCut again?
I believe some old versions had those.

I want to find all MinimumCuts possible in complex graphs.

Copying code from older versions or trying to implement myself.

I don't know much about those algorithms, I just understand that the Minimum Cuts will solve my problem.
