feat(mail): Gmail-style inbox tabs and reliable everyday workflows - #3

Add scoped inbox categories, manual overrides, full-width list and optional reading pane. Improve draft editing and list actions; protect compose send/attachment races, deep links, stale selection and pagination flags. Includes schema migration 0028 and expanded regression coverage. Local tests: 586 passed; typecheck and Cloudflare build passed. Hosted browser verification pending.
Track the visible shallow URL explicitly for category/history synchronization, open detached deep-link readers, and ignore stale draft opens. Correct same-origin test teardown and precise selectors; preserve explicit split-mode legacy coverage alongside default-list tests. Update undici to security patch 7.29.1. Local verification: 586 tests pass; typecheck/build/high-severity audit pass. Real browser rerun follows.
Keep split-mode test preferences in the top-level document, preserve HTML iframe sandboxing and console assertions, scope delivered status to its visible timeline, and make label summary assertions resilient to serial retries. Application source unchanged.
Purge archive, Starred and label caches when a persisted inbox message is trashed; reconcile matching result counts and cross-folder selection. Add unit coverage and archive→trash→undo→inbox browser regression. Final scope consolidation. Local validation: 587 tests pass, typecheck and Cloudflare build pass.
