Problem / pain point
通过SSH连接一台设备，设备的IP地址原来已经访问过，再访问新的设备的时候，程序提示server key changed
Proposed solution
弹出对话框，提示用户是否更新。如果选择是，则更新ssh key并连接

PR #459 (#459) is now ready for review at
70539af9. All upstream checks and five-platform native validation passed: https://github.com/Kuddev/pebrel/actions/runs/37115546218. The Windows job exercised strict DACL preservation and locked-replacement retention, plus real SSH changed-key confirmation/cancellation and unrelated malformed-key regressions. The production protection and assertions remain intact. Maintainer/Code Owner approval is still required; the issue remains open.
