…bilities Add package-specific READMEs and descriptions for all library and integration packages, document capability and registration scopes, and verify packaged documentation in CI.
Explicitly include each project's README for multi-targeting pack builds. Tailor meta-package registration wording and use default-branch shared documentation links.
Keep the typed project XML document separate from the nuspec metadata element so archive verification can execute.
