During the preprocessing phase, the required task_emb_bert.npy file has been generated and stored in path libero/task_embedding_caches .
However, the path to this file does not seem to be written to the ~/.libero/config.yaml file during preprocessing. Therefore, the solution to this problem is to add a new line to ~/.libero/config.yaml:
task_embeddings: ROOT_PATH_ATM/libero/task_embedding_caches

Hope this helps some people.
