Move candidates dir to repo root - #32

The wrapping aggregator/ directory only ever held candidates/ and added a redundant level. Move aggregator/candidates/ to candidates/ and update every reference (gitignore, CANDIDATES_DIR in __main__, docstrings in manual.py / render.py / cloner.py). The Python package keeps its lean_pool.aggregator name since it's the code that does the aggregation, not the data.

Summary
aggregator/only ever heldcandidates/, so the wrapping directory was a redundant level. Moveaggregator/candidates/tocandidates/and update every reference (.gitignore,CANDIDATES_DIRin__main__.py, docstrings inmanual.py/render.py/cloner.py).lean_pool.aggregatorname — that's the code that does the aggregation, not the data.python -m lean_pool.aggregator renderwrites to the new path correctly.
