It might be nice to have the option to pin country cards to the top of the list. Possible things to consider are:
- Add an extra style/border to make clear which are pinned
- Work out how to do the filtering/sorting around the pinned countries. (Do we want to always show a pinned country even if the filters don't match?)
- Maybe drag and drop the order of pinned countries
This is all an idea for now so could do with a lot more thought/discussion as a group before implementing.
