- Add function to hash environment files/contents and store that hash in the images so that the staleness of images can be checked
- Check for the existence of the Triton image at start-up
- Always bind the local repo in containers
- Add an explicit error message when AFRAME_DATA_DIRS isn't set
- Add configs for doing small-scale end-to-end testing
